Berlin Wall Art

Berlin Wall Art

Berlin wall art here means pictures of the city itself: the Brandenburg Gate at sunset, dusk and night, Berlin Cathedral at golden hour, Oberbaum Bridge, a TV Tower skyline and several Berlin city maps. Choose a landmark by the hour in its title, or a map by the detail in its title.

Brandenburg Gate At Sunset, Dusk Or Night

Brandenburg Gate wall art starts with the hour: the gate is titled for sunset, for dusk and for night. Brandenburg Gate at Sunset and Brandenburg Gate at Dusk show the landmark at two moments of one evening, so they can hang side by side on one wall. Brandenburg Gate at Night is also offered in panoramic, the shape for a long, low wall such as the one above a sideboard.

Berlin Cathedral At Golden Hour, River View Or Night

Berlin Cathedral is titled for golden hour, for a river view and for night. Berlin Cathedral at Golden Hour and Golden Hour at Berlin Cathedral share a subject and an hour, so compare both product pages before you choose. Berlin Cathedral River View adds the river to the scene, and Berlin Cathedral Night View, hung beside a golden hour piece, shows the building at two different hours.

Oberbaum Bridge With A Sunset Reflection Or Yellow Train

Oberbaum Bridge appears with a sunset reflection in Oberbaumbruecke Sunset Reflection Berlin and with a yellow train in Oberbaum Bridge with Yellow Train. Hung side by side, the two are for a hallway wall or the space above a console. Oberbaumbruecke is the German Oberbaumbrücke spelled with ue in place of the ü.

A Berlin Skyline In Synthwave, At Twilight Or On A Sunny Day

Berlin TV Tower Synthwave Skyline and Berlin Skyline at Twilight differ in what their titles name: a style in the first, an hour in the second. Pick the synthwave piece for a game room, and the twilight skyline for a living room or an entry hall. House of World Cultures, Sunny Berlin names a sunny day, the daytime partner for the twilight skyline. For skylines of other cities, see the city skyline wall art collection.

Berlin Map Wall Art: Hand-drawn, Line, Street Network Or Coordinates

Berlin map wall art differs in the detail each title names: Hand-drawn Berlin City Map, Berlin Map Line, Berlin Street Network Map and Berlin Map with Coordinates. Berlin Map Line beside Berlin Street Network Map shows the city drawn two ways, a good combination for a study wall. Berlin Map with Coordinates is offered in portrait, the shape for the narrow wall between two windows or beside a door. For maps of other cities, see the city map wall art collection.

Large Berlin Wall Art Above A Living Room Sofa

Large Berlin wall art works above a sofa when the print covers about two thirds to three quarters of the sofa's width. Above a 66 inch sofa, a 48 x 32 inch print spans 73 percent of the width. A large print carries a wall alone, so choose one landmark and one hour, such as Brandenburg Gate at Sunset or Berlin Cathedral at Golden Hour, instead of two smaller prints. Berlin Cathedral at Golden Hour is also offered in square, the shape for a sofa wall with height to spare.

Berlin Wall Art Above A Bed

One piece centered over the headboard keeps a bedroom wall simple. Above a 76 inch headboard, a 54 x 36 inch print spans 71 percent of the width. Brandenburg Gate at Dusk and Berlin Skyline at Twilight bring a dusk or twilight hour into the room. If you want no time of day over the bed, the map titles name none.

A Framed Berlin Map For A Hallway Or Study

A hallway or study wall takes a smaller print: above a 40 inch console, a 30 x 20 inch print spans exactly three quarters of the width. A Framed Print, which sets the picture behind a white mat inside a frame, is one way to present a map such as Hand-drawn Berlin City Map in either room.

Berlin Beside Other European Cities

The Germany wall art collection adds castles and Bavarian lakes beyond the capital, the Prague wall art collection shows Prague Castle and the river at golden hour, and the Budapest wall art collection shows a parliament building at dusk beside its bridges.

How Each Piece Is Made

Each Berlin piece is printed after you order it. A Canvas Print is archival ink on museum-quality canvas, stretched over a solid wooden inner frame, and canvas and framed pieces arrive ready to hang, while a Poster Print arrives unframed. Shipping is free, and you have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

Common Questions

Is Berlin Wall Art The Artwork Painted On The Berlin Wall?

No, this collection is wall art of the city, not the murals or graffiti painted on the Berlin Wall. If you came looking for one particular mural, it is not here. What is here is Berlin itself: its landmarks, skylines and city maps.

Is Berlin Wall Art For Sale Here?

Yes, every Berlin piece here is for sale, and each one is printed after you order it. Delivery takes 8 to 10 business days from the day you order. If you need a piece by a particular date, order at least two weeks before it.

What Size Is Large Berlin Wall Art?

A 60 x 40 inch print counts as large Berlin wall art, and it spans 67 percent of a 90 inch sofa, inside the range of two thirds to three quarters of the width. Choose the size from the width of the sofa, bed or console below the print, not from the height of the wall.

What Size Berlin Wall Art Fits A Small Wall?

A 24 x 16 inch print fits above a 35 inch table or shelf, covering about 69 percent of its width, and an 18 x 12 inch print covers 67 percent of a 27 inch shelf. Both stay inside the two thirds to three quarters rule.

How High Should I Hang Berlin Wall Art?

Hang the center of the print 57 to 60 inches from the floor on an open wall. Measure to the center rather than the top, so a tall print and a short print share the same eye line. Above a sofa, bed or console, leave 6 to 8 inches between the furniture and the print.
